Former Opponents — Working Together
The Law Office of Cohen & Storie is run by attorneys Corey Cohen and Andrew Storie — two energetic attorneys who are former opponents in the criminal justice system. Mr. Storie began his practice as a criminal prosecutor, and Mr. Cohen began his legal career as a public defender. The two men frequently met on opposite sides of a case, until Mr. Cohen left the public defender's office to join Mr. Storie in the prosecutor's office.
After prosecuting countless criminal cases for the Florida state attorney's office, Mr. Cohen and Mr. Storie left the prosecutor's office to open their own private practice. As Mr. Cohen says, "We must have thought highly of each other as opponents — since we went into business together."
